Unfortunately, we cannot take back socks once they have been received. This is based on the hygienic provisions of Italian law, in particular Article 59 of the Codice del Consumo, which excludes sealed hygiene articles from the right of withdrawal in order to protect the health and safety of our customers.

However, we would like to emphasize that we only ship items whose quality meets our high standards 100%. Each item is carefully checked before shipping to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition and without defects.
